How To Download Voter Card Online

Step 1: First, open the Google Play Store on your phone and download the Voter Helpline application.

Step 2: Once the app is downloaded, open it. If you are using the app for the first time, you will need to register your phone number. Tap the New User option shown on the screen.

Step 3: Enter your 10-digit mobile number correctly and tap Send OTP. An OTP will be sent to this number for verification.

Step 4: After receiving the OTP, enter the name exactly as it appears on your voter card in the First Name and Last Name fields. Then enter the OTP and tap Submit.

If the information is correct, you will see a successful registration message and will be taken to the login page.

Step 5: To log in, enter the same mobile number you used during registration. Tap Send OTP, enter the OTP you receive, and select Login Now. You will then be signed in and the app’s home page will open.

• Fourth option – Search by EPIC Number: If you know your EPIC Number, you can enter it to find your voter card details.

Here, we will select Search by Detail. Enter all the required information, such as your name, age, state, and district, correctly and then tap Search.

Step 9: Within a few seconds, your voter ID details will appear on the screen. Your EPIC Number will also be displayed at the top. Note down this number.

Step 10: Now go back to the previous screen and tap the YES, I HAVE EPIC NO. option. Enter your EPIC Number, select your state, and tap Fetch Details to load the relevant record.

Once your voter ID details appear, tap Proceed.

Step 11: The system will then send another OTP to your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP carefully and select an option such as Verify and Download EPIC to complete the verification.

Step 12: After OTP verification, your voter ID will be downloaded as a PDF file. You can save it on your phone and print it when required.
