Step 1: Open any browser on your mobile phone, laptop, or computer. Then go to the Revenue Department, Government of Karnataka Official Website – landrecords.karnataka.gov.in

Step 2: Once you click on the link mentioned in the previous step you will be redirected to the Revenue Department’s official website. Here you will see a lot of options from which you will have to click on the ‘View RTC information’ option.

Step 3: Now the land details section will be opened. Here you will see three options which are Survey number, Owner Wise, and Registration Number/Date. So here you can search & download any land record by survey number, registration number, or with the help of the name of the owner. 

So you can choose any one according to your choice and convenience. For this article, we will be clicking on the ‘Owner wise’ option.

Step 4: Now in this step, you will have to enter your District, Taluka, Hobli, and your Village. Once you are done entering the information just click on the ‘View details’ button. 

Step 5: Now scroll down and see that there will be a search box. There you will have to enter the name of the owner. Then you will see the details appear on the screen. Now click on the ‘View details’ button.

Step 6: All your details including the khata number, owner name & address, and size of land will appear on the screen.
