Step 3: Now you will receive an OTP on the mobile number that you had previously entered. So enter the OTP that you have received. Once you enter the correct OTP you will be redirected directly to the ‘My policy’ page where you can download your policies. 

Step 4: Now as we want to download a copy of our policy we will have to click on the ‘My policy’ option. 

Step 5: Now a new interface will be opened. Here you will have to click on the ‘Add policy’ button. 

Step 6: Now here you will have to enter your policy type. You will get two options here which are ‘My policies and my family policies’. Here you will always have to select the ‘My policies’ option. 

Now you will have to select your LOB. Here under the LOB you will see five different options. The five available options are health, home, motor, travel, and personal accident. So select the option for which you want to download your policy. Here for the article, we will select the ‘Motor’ option. 

Now you will have to enter the policy number for which you want to download a copy. You will now have to enter your engine number. Then you will also have to enter your Chassis number correctly. 

Now you will have to select if your policy is old or new under the policy type option and then click on the ‘Submit’ button. When you click on the submit button your policy will be added to my policy. 

Step 7: Now you will have to go back to the home page and then you will be able to see your policy under my policy column. So now click on that policy. 

Step 8: Once you click on it you will be able to see all the details of your policy such as the name of the policyholder, policy number, product description, premium, inception date, expiry date, etc. 

Here you will be able to see the ‘Download’ button. So you will have to click on that download button and then click on the ‘Print policy / IT certificate’ option. 

Once you click on it you will be able to see a copy of your Royal Sundaram policy. Now you can print and save this in a PDF format.
