Here is the detailed step-by-step process to download the property card for any of your properties in Maharashtra that too in just a few minutes!
Step 1: Open any browser on your mobile phone, laptop, or computer. Then type ‘bhulekh.mahabhumi.gov.in’ on the search bar or you can simply click on the link mentioned below.Â

Now you will be redirected to the home page. Here you will see the option ‘Digitally signed 7/12’ so click on that option. Once you click on it a new interface will be opened.
Step 2: To proceed, you’ll need to log in to your account. You can use the same username and password you used to download your property’s 7/12. However, if you happen to forget your username or password, don’t worry. You have the option to log in using your mobile number. To do this, click on the ‘OTP Based Login’ option.
After that enter your mobile number in the space given below and click on the ‘Send OTP’ option. After a short time, an OTP will be sent to your mobile number, enter it and click on the ‘Verify OTP’ button to verify it.
Step 3: Now a new page will be opened in front of you. Here on the top, you will see a lot of sections from which you will have to click on the ‘Digitally Signed Property Card’ option.

Step 5: Now in front of the enter amount option just enter Rs.45 and select your payment gateway. According to your convenience year, we will be selecting SBI and then clicking on the ‘Pay Now’ button.
Step 6: Now, accept the terms and conditions by clicking on the checkbox and then click on the ‘Confirm’ button.
Step 7: You can now make the payment with the help of your debit card, credit card, internet banking, or BHIM UPI. So choose the payment mode according to your convenience and make the payment.
